Easy Ground Turkey Enchiladas

Easy Ground Turkey Enchiladas



1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion (optional)
1 4oz. can green chilies
1 20 oz. can enchilada sauce
10 corn or flour tortillas ( I used corn)
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese 

Directions:
1. Brown turkey and onion together. Drain any liquid.
2. Add green chilies and 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce.
3. Put a couple spoonfuls of meat mixture into a tortilla and a little of the 
cheese and roll.
4. Place into a 9 x 13 in pan.
5. Cover rolled enchiladas with remaining enchilada sauce.
6. Top with remaining cheese.
7.Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins. until heated through and the cheese is 
melted and sauce is bubbly, Enjoy!
