Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Stuffed Portobello Mushroom

1 box pork stuffing mix
1 stick Butter
8 to 10 Portobello mushrooms
1 8 oz. package pork sausage (I used Kroger brand with sage)
4 cheese Italian mix

Prepare stuffing according to directions.  Mix sausage and cooked stuffing with ¼ c. butter softened.  This will look like meatloaf.  Take the stem out of the mushroom.  Make a patty from the meat mixture to top on each mushroom.  Top with 4 cheese blend.  Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serve.
