Lectin Free Guacamole
1 ripe avocado seeded, peeled, and crushed til smooth
1 clove garlic crushed
1 lime juiced
Salt to taste (I use Himalayan salt)
You can use a blender or food processor to crush the avocado, but I just use a fork.
I have added chicken or tuna to this which gets me some protein as well.
